I hope that the interview goes well for you!  It looks like you need change.  You know better than we do what your constraints there are.  I can't see you not having tried every avenue to find more to do in terms of busy work.  After all, you're a regular here!  I hope things work out.  And I hope your symptoms are easy on you!
