I went to Medieval Times in Orlando this past July and had a blast!  It was a thrilling performance complete with real weapons.  My son wasn't too impressed until he saw sparks flying during the combat portions.  They tried to make it feel like you had actually stepped through time, and it almost felt like it.  I would definitely go again.
