...if I was sent on a month long assignment and only got 4 hours training, I wouldn't stay.



Unless your bosses want a parade of temps through the office while you're gone, they need to pay up some $$ and have her (or him) adequately trained.



Ask them to think of how much money lost productivity and re-training new temps would cost.



Why do they always think any old body off the street can do our jobs (which took US lord-know-how long to learn)?
