I think it would probably be prefable to wear a suit, or trousers and a blouse - something conservative perhaps.

I go the hole hog. I wear foundation, blusher, eye-liner, eyeshadow, mascara and lipstick. The colours are all natural colours and look natural too....

I have my nails done every three weeks and have just started my fake tan routine - oh and I tint my eyebrows too. Sooooooooo, completely the opposite to you (I still haven't worked our the smilies on here - If I did, I would put a smily face in now) Smiley Shocked)

My hours are 9:15 - 5 with an hour for lunch.... The lunch hour isn't paid, I think a lot of work places do not actually pay your lunch hour.

So that means I do a 6 3/4 hour day - which is 33 3/4 hour week. Is that right? Blimey - my brains gone dead

I haven't 'as yet'

I always offer to get his lunch when I pop out but he likes to go out himself.

A PA at my old job did most of the organising for her bosses wedding !!!!

Blimey, some of you ladies are contracted to do quite long hours - does it not bother you?

I worked in a position many years ago, 9-6 monday to friday and 9-1 on a saturday and I hated it.

I think I am very lucky with the hours I have got now, even tomorrow we are all allowed to leave an hour early because its a bank holiday monday (leave at four).

Of course, if needs require me to work late one night, or through my lunch etc I would do it, afterall, I think it is good to show flexibility.

Evening everyone,

So, spill the beans, what are your contracted hours and do you ever work outside of your hours? Do you get paid overtime.

My hours are 9:15 - 5pm and as of yet I haven't had to stay late or come in early.

It's me again - OK, now I need to send a letter to applicants who applied for the job that are internal, they currently work with the company.

Same thing - or worded differently, thoughts would be much appreciated.

Thanks

15  General Discussion / Admins 4 Admins / Taxi's from London Airports on: May 19, 2004, 08:00:55 pm
Me again!! Shocked)

I am arranging a seminar here in London in September. We shall have managers coming from all over the world.

They are all travelling on the Sunday and staying overnight in a hotel ready for the seminar start on the Monday.

I need to arrange for Taxi Pickups at the airport (Most likely LHR) to take them to their hotel in London.

Can anyone recommend a good taxi service. My guess is London Taxis will be too expensive.

Thanks in advance
