gotta disagree with you on on some parts of  this one  CG taking that photo without permission is most assuredly copyright violation. It would present a more professional position to either use self produced art, or to obtain written permission to utilize the picture "(and a downloaded file  won't be nearly as crisp in print as the original file so ask for a clean copy too)
