I don't plan to dress up at my current job. However, at my last job, halloween was a big deal at the company. The employees would bring in their kids to trick or treat in all the departments. Their in-house photo lab would set up a great portrait site and take pictures of the kids in their costumes. It was a lot of fun, and some of us would indeed dress up. obviously it wasn't an overly productive work day, but it was so much fun seeing the kids year after year, we didn't mind.
