I worked very hard to attain my certification and I am very proud to have achieved it, and I do use the caption after my name on all correspondence. It has opened up conversations in which I have had to explain what they signify and other admins have expressed interest in attaining this certificate.
Why shouldn't we be proud. Engineers use PE, Accounts use CPA, etc. We are just as important as them and should let the world know what we are capable of.
Just my 2 cents worth.
