Well, I don't know. My Friday interview got cancelled at the last minute. And, I don't know what to think about the message that I got that cancelled it. Here it is:

"Lori, Sorry but tomorrow won't work out after all. I've gone ahead and forwarded your resume to the persons conducting the 2nd interviews. If they would still like to meet with you after finishing the other 2nd interviews this week, I'll be getting in touch. Thanks!"

So, I don't know what to think. My boss (who I told about the opportunity) thinks that it's possible that I am the #1 candidate, and that they just needed additional information from the other candidates before making a final decision.

Bossie thinks I am a shoe-in because of some software training I have that is very rare to find in a job applicant. This organization has this software (it's expensive) sitting in a box because no one currently there knows how to use it. That alone, in bossie's view, should make me the #1 choice.

Now it's Tuesday and still no word, so I'm not very optimistic today at all.
