Ok, please keep more positive things, but I have another question in relation to this post. Think about this, when you thought of your one positive, did it make you feel good in a way? A moment of content of happiness?
I know it does for me and hope it does for others. When I am having a bad day, I take a moment out and try that exercise, think of one thing I know makes me happy. I look at my kids pictures, or my pets! I think of a good work memory. I know not everyone thinks the same way, but I just think positive thinking is self empowering.
