Everyone forgets the right click option on your mouse. I always use it especially when assisting others who are not au fait with Office, they appreciate any tips I give them.
The other day I assisted a co-worker - whilst using Outlook she seemed to lose the 'From' field in her Deleted Items. All I did was right click in the menu area, selected field chooser, and dragged and dropped the 'From' field where she needed it.
