Another suggestion... when they moved you they might have ended up creating another User ID.  which means that all your info is under your OLD name/ID and they didn't point them towards each other to talk.  This happened to me at my last company and all they had to do was go into one Outlook Profile and make it "talk" to the other profile so that they in time became one, with everything from the old profile moved under the new.
