My boss recently asked me to scan a large volume of documents for a group project. Many of the documents were double-sided. The project took a very long time to complete because the scanner we own only had a flatbed. It had no automatic document feeder. I had to put each piece of paper into the scanner, one at a time. If it had information on both sides I had to turn it over and scan again. I thought this was a waste of my time.

Many of the documents I need to scan are more than one page. What can ScanSnap do to make this process go faster?

I would like to quickly circulate meeting minutes to everyone concerned immediately after meetings are over, but sometimes I have little or no time to write formal reports.
