Yes, her eyes really are following you. If your speakers are turned on, you'll hear her talk to you as well. Try moving your cursor around her screen a bit, when she's done speaking.. Scary isn't it? (Scarier still is her voice which some of you might recognize)

Even worse she works for almost nothing! All things considered though she's a happy employee and doesn't ask for much except some occasional recognition, but then again, that's what we're all after isn't it?
