PAs and Secretaries in the workplace
Have you ever wondered why your relationship with your boss works so well, or perhaps doesn't?

Researchers from Glasgow University are currently investigating the dynamics of the workplace in which professional secretaries and executives interact and are requesting your help with their research.

There are two quick questionnaires to complete. The first shown below is designed to gather data to enhance understanding of efficient workplace practices, and the crucial influence professional secretaries and executives in a working relationship have upon business at a senior management level.

The second questionnaire will be sent to you by e-mail.  Information obtained from this questionnaire will enable researchers to provide each participant with an extensive professional profile, outlining your optimal working conditions and professional strengths, developed by world leading human resource specialists Saville Consulting. The Saville Consulting WAVE™ Focus Styles Questionnaire has consistently shown highly valid and consistent results when profiling individuals in the workplace and will be presented to you in a comprehensive package of results.  In addition to your own personal profiling you will also receive a copy of the research, upon its completion.

This questionnaire is aimed exclusively at professional secretaries assisting either a single or a number of staff members directly and all answers are entirely confidential.
