Leah will be with P&G (Procter & Gamble) for 25 years this November 2008. She has had many roles in her career but has been in her current role for 3 years, and so far, this is the best job she has ever had! Her title is Senior Functional Specialist and reports to one manage, the Director Household Care Quality Assurance –he is a fantastic, inspiring, & supportive leader.
Marie has worked for Fermilab National Accelerator Lab since November 2007. She supports the Head of the Technical Division and also provide support to several Associate Heads and other Headquarters Staff. She has spent the past six months learning the new job. Prior to that, Marie supported the Chairman Emeritus of what was then a Fortune 500 company.
Beverly works for New Braunfels Utilities, an electric, water and sewer provider. She has been with New Braunfels Utilities for 2 years as Senior Administrative Assistant. The role of Procurement Card Administrator which is the 2nd hat she wears was added about 1 year ago. Beverly supports the Executive Director of Electric Services and Senior Staff Attorney.
Rhonda works for the Catholic Diocese of Colorado Springs. Rhonda has worked for the Diocese of Colorado Springs for almost four years in the position of Administrative Assistant to the Director of Pastoral Services. The work of the Diocese centers upon supporting the 44 parishes and missions as well as seven schools in their Catholic service to their people and community.
Melissa works for Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccines division of sanofi-aventis Group, is the largest company in the world devoted entirely to human vaccines. She is the same position she was hired for in August 1998 but over the years the position went from supporting a Director and an Associate Director to supporting two Global Sr. Directors and two Global Directors as well as the study related projects.
Carolyn works for Metabolex. Carolyn was Executive Assistant to the CEO for 6 years, but overtime her title and responsibilities have changed. Her current title is Senior Executive Administrator. She provides high-level and complex administrative support to the CEO, executive management and their departments. She also oversees the administrative staff and coordinate workflow.
Kacey currently works for State of Wyoming, Department of Corrections (WDOC). She has been with the Wyoming Department of Corrections since August of 2005. She currently is the Executive Assistant to the Prison Division Administrator, and works closely with the Prison Division Deputy Administrator for Prison Operations.
Holly currently works at Equity Residential in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a Regional Administrator - Construction Services. Holly co-developed an administrative support group to aid the assistants of all Construction and Facilities Managers throughout the portfolios of a leading Multi-Family REIT Property Company and ensure proper support for managers.
Tina works at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas in the Allied Health Department since August, 2006 as the Administrative Assistant. company as an approximately 19 years. She originally was employed as an Administrative Assistant with the Vocational Nursing Department but was transferred to the Allied Health Department in August, 2006 as the Administrative Assistant.
