Gold Rush for QHotels at the VenueVerdict Awards

Award winning hotel group, QHotels has scooped the top three hotel accolades in the annual VenueVerdict awards, recognising the brand's consistently high conference service standards over the last year.

The triumphant brand, which has a range of 21 unique hotels in locations across the UK, received the top honour - the Gold Standard Group award, as well as the No.1 Large Group and the No.1 Hotel award for its Westerwood Hotel and Golf Resort.

The Gold Standard Group award is bestowed upon the brand with the largest amount of Gold Standard Accreditations at the end of the year, highlighting a commitment and consistent approach to exemplary service standards. QHotels achieved 22 Gold Standard Accreditations over the course of 2013's quarterly assessments.

This is the third consecutive year that QHotels has been honoured with the No.1 Large Group, an award for the brand with the highest Net Promoter Score, demonstrating that event hosts are actively recommending and returning to the group.
