Recruitment specialists Tate named Recruiter of the Year

Tate, national specialists in office recruitment, has just been awarded the prestigious and much sought-after award for Recruiter of the Year Award in the UK by the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2011. This is a remarkable achievement as this is the second time Tate has won.

Tate’s Managing Director, Jo Edwards, picked up Business Leader of the Year award, whilst Emma Morley, Tate’s South Director, not only was crowned Recruiter of the Year but also achieved Business Manager of the Year award. Tate’s Learning and Development department achieved a Highly Commended accreditation for Best People Development Business award.

Jo Edwards commented: "I couldn't be more thrilled for the team's for the team's spectacular achievements and flattered that my passion and drive towards improving business standards within the office support sector has been recognised. Tate has been judged the best in a number of categories in the UK and it is a true testament of the team's hard work.

‘Simply outstanding!’ was the comment from the judges regarding Tate’s submissions – ‘a great example of business at its best’ and agreed that Emma is a true role model for the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and its members.

The judges were impressed by the overall quality of Tate’s entry and commitment to best practice in customer service, and singled out its, yet to be rivalled, Watertight Guarantee.
