Air Berlin announce new flights from Gatwick

Air Berlin, Germany's second largest airline, has revealed that it will be starting new services from London Gatwick. Due to begin in February 2011, the flights will provide travel to Nuremburg and Hanover twice a day.
Air Berlin has confirmed that three of the five routes operating from London Stansted will remain. As flights to Nuremburg and Hanover change operating location to Gatwick, Stansted will continue servicing Dusseldorf, Paderborn/Lippstadt, and Munster/Osnabruck. And though the two lost services may affect those wanting to travel from Stansted to Germany, a new route to Austria's Salzburg will offer flights four times a week over the winter period for those wanting to access ski slopes.
