Title: Moving Jobs Post by: hucks2803 on September 07, 2005, 02:02:08 pm Well I've just come back from travelling for a year and am now working at a new firm. I got took on by an agency who got me into the firm on a temporary basis but within a month I was offered a permanent position. The position is legal secretarial which I enjoy but my previous positions before going away were working at senior level for managing partners etc. The firm I'm with have fantastic benefits, beautiful offices and I have two excellent bosses but ..... mm, although when I first returned to England I thought I'd be happy not going back into a stressful and busy PA role, I'm now finding I'm missing it. I'm still on 3 months probation with my firm and have seen a couple of PA roles advertised via a website that I'm really interested in, I just don't know what to do? I do have my probation review in November so I'm wondering whether to hold off until then and speak to HR about the fact that I want to move back into a more senior role and see if they can offer me anything here at my current firm?
