Ok before anyone shoots me, the reason I am posting here is because I have email issues.

I have already sent a screen dump of what my email homepage looks like to Mek/Susan.

Is anyone else having issues?  Firstly the options on the left hand side of the Email home page have gone.  Secondly the box where I type my email message is one long column.  Thirdly when I reply to an email that is sent to me, information in the To box and Subject box end up centred.

Lastly, I am unable to email anyone as the box in which I type my email message is not big enough.  Mek/Susan you will see this from the screen dump I have sent you overnight.

If anyone else is having issues, please let me know.  The issues are the same from my pc in work and my laptop at home.

Cathy,

On the email home page, where you inbox is located, do you still have options down the left-hand side or just across the top?

It looks like the options on the left have been removed or omitted.  The page certainly looks different to how it was before Christmas.

I don't see options on the left in my email screen, so I'd say I'm missing stuff too.

Hopefully they will get it resolved quickly.

If that is the case Marie, why doesn't DD post an outage/maintainance note on the site to say so?

When we have outages in my company a note is posted on the intranet for all employees so they know problems are being addressed and resolved.

This is not the first time there has been maintainance on DD without any advice to say what is going on.  It makes me question if it's an issue with my pc in work or my laptop at home and I always have to check both.

I sent an email to Mek.  Is anyone else having this problem, if so, what browser do you use?  I have been on email all week and have not had any issues.  I do use Firefox and it has been fine.  I just looked under IE and it appears normal at this time.  I saw the screenshot and see there is a problem.  Maybe Mek will know what the issue is.

A few years ago, we went from email as you sign up to email by request.  Gee, you have been around since the the early years so have email where as the people who signed up .. after a set date (which I don't remember maybe 4 years ago??) can get email, but it has be be requested and set up.

Been on here since 2001 so no idea what the problem is. 

I just know it's not been right for the past few weeks eg. stuff missing from the menu on the left-hand side of the email home page and now when I create an email the message box is one long column as I showed you...both on my pc in work and laptop at home.

The whole thing is bizarre.
