3. What types of technology changes have occurred in your organization in the last Five years? Two Years?
4. Decribe the diversity of personnel within your organization. Have there been any issues in dealing with this diversity? If so, what were those issues and how were they handled?

I am currently enrolled in a local university and one of my classes is Secretarial & Administrative Procedures and my instructor would like me to interview a few people for an assignment.
