Title: Development Websites Post by: itsme_calista on March 05, 2008, 02:50:58 pm My mentor has set me a challenge! Basically we were discussing team builidng and general development and she has set me a task of identifying some key resources online and offline to help when developing or building a team.
Now I've become a bit of a loner in my job as it's just me and my boss and he is only in the office half to one day a week, hence the focus. I've a few good books in my loft that I've acquired over the years and I am an avid reader of the Mind Tools website, our very own Deskdemon and a couple other professional PA/EA sites. Does anyone else have any other good web resources of a similar vein that they would be willing to share? I haven't been on here for a long while but I just had to mention a website that I look at regularly - it is called and they have lots of team building exercises and other templates on personality analysis and other really useful information.
