This one I learned the hard way, the best way to uninstall unwanted program is by using uninstall/remove programs in control panel (if you are using a Windows operating system) If you just go delete the file it doesn't delete many of the files put in different folders such and the Windows folder. Then you have unwanted files taking up space spread throughout your system.

That's ok in theory, but in practice if your IT department have everything locked down so only an administrator can carry out this exercise, then it isn't possible.

Having said that I use this at home to delete unwanted software from my laptop.
