Friday I drank my 64 oz's of water and stayed under 1200 calories for the day!  My boss was out of the office, so you would think it would have been a quiet day.  It was!  I was able to finish some reports that have pending, go to my bosses desk and organize it and just have a relatively stree free day!  There are some days things go right, this was one of them.  One of the exercises I am going to try and do during the day are partial push ups.  When in the kitchen I go to the acounter (when no one is around!)  put my arms on it and feet out and using my arms and upper back, do 2 to 3 sets of 10 push ups.  So far, I havent been seen :-) but if I am I will say.. hey.. an easy way to get in shape while waiting for my coffee to brew!    Monday are back to back meetings, so we will see.
