I'm very fortunate - the jobs I'm happy to do form the majority of my daily work: legal work, analytical and strategic thinking/planning, policy formation and problem solving. The remainder of my work is very people-focussed, and I particularly enjoy client contact, building relationships and so on. My splendid Assistant does the other stuff.

I love being the go-to person, the one in the office that knows how to do everything and where to go to get anything. I know there used to be someone here that posted as "radaro" (are you still out there?), I am reminded of that person as my bosses often refer to me as Radar (from MASH).

Anything that helps me learn something new. I love learning new tricks in MS Office.
Playing in powerpoint - I once got to add the sound of a flushing commode to a presentation - yes it was for work!
Being involved in a detailed project with a lot of multiple pieces and people - and that feeling of team work and satisfaction when completed.
Research projects - again learning about new things
Heck I even like filing, because if I filed it I know where it is - usually!

I too enjoy the learning aspects of the role, since almost everything lately has been something new to learn, It has been a challenging role.

Admittedly, my list doesn't make any sense....
I like: writing and designing
But I also like: creating and maintaining databases, analysis, and creating reports.
That whole left-brain/right-brain thing.....

- Meeting & Greeting
- Meeting/event support (from hotel booking to minute taking)
- Diary management
- Email management
- Spreadsheets (particularly reporting trends, graphs & charts)
- Powerpoint presentations
- Project management (give me anything to get my teeth into and I'll support it)
- Auditing Paperwork (collating information, report preparation, YOY analysis)
I think that about covers it.

I can't think of any specific jobs that I enjoy right now, but I usually enjoy anything that lets me use my brain and think for myself, rather than just following orders that may or may not make sense.
